And so for many years. Life at the sports academy was by no means boring. But at an international competition I suffered a serious injury. An operation was required and half a year at rest. This event prolonged my studies and ended my active sports career. I remained an ordinary student. Like many others and everyone else.
But somehow I managed to complete my education. I started work. And so until now.
During these last years many things have changed in my life. This is what I am now.
➤I became a vegetarian. In order not to put on extra pounds, I eat only fruits, vegetables and other plant foods, milk, dairy products and eggs. I also gave up all types of bread and pasta.
➤ I don't drink alcohol, coffee and other drinks containing caffeine, because I don't need extra adrenaline. And without it I can't sleep more than 3-4 hours at night.
I even gave up my favorite red wine. Because even for a glass of red wine, you must have a pleasant, beloved company.
➤ I don't walk in high heels. Because only a woman who has a man by her side wears high heels. If she stumbles, have someone catch her.
➤ I no longer speak French and Russian, languages I used to speak well. I've forgotten everything because I've limited the environment I interact with and can't practice them.
