was born in Tunisia. The Italian woman is a muse of filmmakers of the rank of
Luchino Visconti, Federico Fellini and Luigi Comencini. She captivates the
audience with her passionate gaze. And over the years her name has become
synonymous with beauty for several generations.
In her
career, Claudia Cardinale has 175 films, with the festivals in Berlin and Venice
having distinguished her work. Cardinale played with the greatest actors of the
20th century.

The
icon of cinema from the 60s Claudia Cardinale died at the age of 87. The
star passed away in Nemours, near Paris, in the presence of her children, her
agent told AFP.
She

artist. Cardinale captivated audiences around the world with her sensual,
seductive vision, which made her a muse for Luchino Visconti and Federico
Fellini.
With
her stormy beauty and husky voice, Cardinale not only enchanted the greatest

Lancaster to Alain Delon and Henry Fonda.
Cardinale was a staunch advocate for women’s rights and in 2000 was appointed UNESCO Goodwill Ambassador for her commitment to the cause of women and girls.
“I have been very lucky. This job has given me many lives and the opportunity to use my fame for the benefit of many causes,” says Cardinale.
Claudia Cardinale passed away on September 23, 2025 at the
age of 87.
